1984 Star Wars ROTJ The Emperor 79 Back Anakin Offer MOC Kenner

The Emperor, also known as Emperor Palpatine, is the ruthless ruler of the Galactic Empire and the mastermind behind the fall of the Republic. In Return of the Jedi, he orchestrates the final confrontation aboard the second Death Star, attempting to turn Luke Skywalker to the dark side and secure the Empire's ultimate victory.

This vintage Kenner The Emperor figure remains factory sealed on its original 1984 Return of the Jedi 79 Back card featuring the Anakin Skywalker mail-away offer. The card displays strong colours and excellent character presentation, highlighted by the vibrant Anakin offer burst and original JCPenney price sticker. The bubble has developed amber yellowing over time, creating a distinctive display appearance that pairs well with this iconic dark side character.

The card though unpunched, has a small hole at the top.  There is some veining on the top of the front of the card and veining is present on the back of the card along the bottom row of figures. The bubble remains firmly attached and displays amber yellowing throughout while retaining its overall shape with no dents or lifting. The reverse features the classic Return of the Jedi 79 Back layout showcasing the expanded Kenner Star Wars action figure lineup and the popular Anakin Skywalker mail-away promotion.

This is a highly displayable vintage Kenner Star Wars piece featuring one of the saga's most iconic villains and would make an excellent addition to any Return of the Jedi, Empire, Sith, or vintage Star Wars collection.
